The PGD700 gas grill is a 10 mm thick, enamelled steel plate with standard dimensions of 400 x 700 mm, very compact, especially suitable for food trucks, takeaway kiosks or space-saving kitchens. This enamelled steel grill has also been appreciated by chefs for its cooking quality and ease of use.
Its 400 x 700 stainless steel body can be integrated into standard commercial kitchen spaces.
The thickness of the grill plate is sufficient to perfectly cook a variety of dishes, such as meat, fish and vegetables.
The enamelled coating makes the appliance easier to use and clean: metal spatulas can be used.
The enamelled steel plate ensures direct heat transfer to the food being cooked.
After 8 minutes of preheating, it reaches an even temperature across the entire cooking surface thanks to 2 Incoloy heating elements. The two coil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the enamelled steel plate. Each heating element under the enamel plate has a power of 1750 W, i.e. a total of 3 kW. Thanks to the power of the heating elements, the PGD700 gas grill ensures uniform cooking without heat loss at the edges.
This professional grill plate can be used to grill a wide variety of meat, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions, as well as fried eggs and omelettes. Thanks to the independent control of the 2 cooking zones, you can cook different dishes in different zones, for example, it is possible to grill meat at 200°C at the back and stew vegetables at 160°C at the front.
The PGD700 offers unparalleled safety: it is equipped with 3 safety thermocouples - in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the grill operation for safety reasons.
Juices and fat are drained into a fully removable drawer. The stainless steel drip tray is dishwasher safe. After intensive use and unplugging, the still hot grill surface can be cooled with cold water or a few ice cubes.
