Deluxe Bain-Marie Hot Food Display Case for 6 GN Trays
Gentle, uniform, safe hot-holding for many foods
-
As a “bain-marie” style hot display, Baño Maria 6 uses a water-bath (wet-heat) warming principle: this means food is heated gently and evenly. This reduces risk of overheating or “burning” sensitive foods, unlike direct-heat warmers.
-
Such gentle heating helps keep food moist and prevents drying out — especially useful for sauces, gravies, stews, soups, cooked dishes, or other moist/prepared foods that don’t tolerate dry heat well.
-
The temperature range (up to ~ 80 °C in the tray area) is suitable for hot-holding cooked/prepared foods at safe serving temperatures without overcooking.
• High capacity and versatile container setup
-
Baño Maria 6 comes with 6 × GN 1/3 trays (depth 40 mm) — giving decent capacity for multiple dishes at once (e.g. different meal components, soups, sauces, warm sides, etc.).
-
That level of capacity makes it well suited for buffet lines, canteens, cafeterias or bigger self-service operations — more flexible than smaller warmers that hold only 3–4 pans.
• Good product visibility and convenient self-service setup
-
The display is built to allow good visibility of the food items — important for buffet / self-service areas where customers serve themselves.
-
It features flaps (doors) at front and rear, enabling both self-service access (front) and staff access (rear), which helps with smooth operation and replenishment without disrupting customer flow.
-
This dual-side access (front and back) is particularly useful in a busy buffet or cafeteria: customers can serve themselves from the front; staff can refill or maintain the pans from the rear.
• Practical maintenance & hygiene features
-
The unit includes a water-drain under the device, which allows easy draining of the water bath — helpful for cleaning and maintenance.
-
Using water-bath warming (rather than dry heat) and GN-standard pans simplifies cleaning and reduces the chance of food sticking or burning — overall easier day-to-day maintenance.
• Improves service efficiency & food quality in buffet/self-service environments
-
With food kept ready, hot, and visible — customers can self-serve or be served quickly, reducing wait times and improving throughput during busy hours. This suits lunch buffets, cafeterias, events, or canteens.
-
Since items remain hot and ready, you avoid frequent reheating or cooking in the moment — which helps keep kitchen workload manageable and consistent.
-
The gentle heating helps preserve textures and moisture of dishes (especially sauces, stews, gravies, vegetables, etc.), which improves overall food quality compared to dry-heat warmers that may dry or overcook food.
