Operating instructions:
Place the unit on a level, heat-resistant surface and connect to proper voltage.
Set desired temperature and allow surface to preheat (5–10 minutes).
Pour batter and spread evenly using the included wooden spreader.
Flip crepe when golden brown.
Turn off and clean the plate with a soft, damp cloth after cooling.
Maintenance:
Daily wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Clean with scraper regularly.
Check power cable and thermostat functionality.
Replace worn feet or knobs if needed.
