Description

The SB60F cold buffet bar is the ideal equipment for serving chilled food such as salads, cold appetizers or desserts in restaurants, hotels or self-service environments.
The SB60F buffet refrigerator is provided with access from two sides and also a drop-down shelf on each open side.
This buffet has a capacity of 6/1 GN containers, designed for self-service use in restaurants, hotels, local communities and hospitality. It optimizes the presentation and keeps your cold appetizers, salads, desserts, etc. at the right temperature (+ 2 / + 10 ° C).
The cold conduction in the buffet is ensured by a pin in contact with the stainless steel plate. No more manual defrosting: the evaporator tube is protected from the air! Thanks to the electronic thermostat, the automatic defrosting of the refrigerated buffet takes place every 2 hours.
This buffet can accept any type of GN trays and containers up to 150 mm deep.
