The PSF600G gas grill has a cast iron plate, which is highly appreciated for frying food, it is still widely used among lovers of traditional cooking in ordinary restaurants.
The PSF600G gas grill allows you to cook a wide variety of products at an even temperature, is equipped with a double piezo ignition and 2 adjustment knobs, 2 cooking zones.
After 15-20 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches a uniform temperature across the entire cooking surface, thanks to the 2 gas burners. These star-shaped burners cover the entire surface of the steel plate, thanks to the power of the burners, the PSF600G gas grill ensures uniform cooking without heat loss at the edges.
It is possible to grill a wide variety of meat, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions, as well as fried eggs, omelettes.
Thanks to the independent control of the 2 cooking zones, you can change and vary the cooking on the 600 mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill meat on a high flame on one side and stew vegetables at a lower temperature (low flame position).
The PSF600G offers unparalleled safety, it is equipped with 2 safety thermocouples: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the steel plate for safety reasons.
Juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel drip tray is dishwasher safe.
After intensive use and unplugging, the still hot grill surface can be cooled with cold water or a few ice cubes.
