Hot showcase BASIA Neo 2.50

IGLOO's BASIA Neo Gastro hot showcase is a classic version of a hot display case adapted for short-term storage of dishes at appropriate temperatures before they are sold. The use of a bain marine ensures that the food stored in gastronorm containers retains the correct temperature and taste. The containers are heated in a bain marine. In order for the operator to be able to fully control the temperature of the served dishes, the device has a thermostat. All technological solutions, including the possibility of a wide adjustment of the temperature range and the supply of warm air to the facade glass, will ensure the effective use of the BASIA Neo Gastro device at every catering facility.
