Commercial “Valoriani Verace” approved by A.V.P.N, offers a unique cooking system. The patented R.H.S. (Recycling Heating System) allows the recovery and exploitation of the emissions by recycling at the high temperature under the baking floor. Thanks to the R.H.S., the baking floor temperature remains consistent, even in those floor areas which are away from the heat source. The combustion is adjustable, allowing for very economical fuel consumption. The quality of the emissions into the atmosphere is superior compared to other ovens on the market, thereby meeting strict international standards. The “Valoriani Verace” wood-fired oven can be installed on a frame or base and represents a new era of environmentally sensitive cooking whilst ensuring centuries old quality, flavours, and traditions.
