The heating plate is constructed from AISI 430 steel, 15.0 mm thick, with a smooth surface that ensures even heat distribution and is ideally suited for cooking a variety of food products.

Splashguards made of AISI 304 stainless steel protect the surrounding work area from splatters. In the front, there is a grease drain channel with a hole and a removable fat collection drawer, which greatly simplifies cleaning.

Heating is controlled via a switch‑thermostat, allowing precise temperature settings between 100 °C and 270 °C. The appliance is also equipped with a safety thermostat.
