Description

The PSR400E electric grill has a 10mm thick decarbonized steel plate that is highly rated for grilling food, widely used in traditional catering and food trucks.
After less than 10 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches a uniform temperature across the entire cooking surface thanks to the Incoloy heating element, which allows for uniform cooking of various products.
On this professional grill surface, you can grill meat, fish, burgers, sausages, as well as cook vegetables, fried eggs, omelettes.
Juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer.
The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional grid plate, it is possible to cool the still hot cooking plate with cold water or a few ice cubes.
