The range of professional grilling surfaces of the SMART 650 grill includes models for contact cooking. Smooth - chromed and ribbed hob, electrically heated, all thermostatically controlled. The surface is made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. The cooking plate is 12 mm thick and the fat is drained into a removable stainless steel container. In the complete units, differentiated cooking can be carried out using two independently heated electric cooking zones / elements.
