Cold showcase BASIA Neo 1.56

In 2021, Basia Neo showcase was created by IGLOO. Basia Neo is designed for the sale and display of dairy products, sausages, meat and cheese. IGLOO's BASIA Neo cold showcase is a classic version of a cold showcase adapted for short-term storage of dishes at appropriate temperatures before they are sold. The BASIA Neo cold showcase guarantees that the dishes stored in gastronorm containers retain the correct temperature and taste. In order for the operator to be able to fully control the temperature of the served dishes, the device has a thermostat. All technological solutions, including the possibility of a wide adjustment of the temperature range and the supply of cold air to the facade glass, will ensure the efficient use of the BASIA Neo showcase at every catering facility.
