The gas grill PSR900GE has a 10mm thick enamelled steel plate, which is highly rated for grilling food, it is widely used in traditional catering and food trucks.
The PSR900GE gas grill allows you to cook a wide variety of products at an even temperature, is equipped with a double piezo ignition and 3 adjustment buttons, 3 cooking zones.
After 7-8 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches an even temperature over the entire cooking surface thanks to the 3 gas burners. These star-shaped burners cover the entire surface of the steel plate, thanks to the power of the burners, the gas grill PSR600GE ensures uniform cooking without heat loss to the edges.
This enamel coating facilitates the use and cleaning of the device: it is possible to use metal paddles without changing the plate.
It is possible to grill all kinds of meat, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions, as well as fried eggs, omelettes.

Thanks to the independent control of the 3 cooking zones, you can change and vary the cooking on the 900 mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill meat on a high flame on one side and stew vegetables at a lower temperature (low flame position).
The PSR900GE offers unmatched safety, equipped with three safety thermocouples: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the steel plate for safety.
Juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
After intensive use and disconnection, it is possible to cool the still hot grill surface with cold water or a few ice cubes.
