RoboCream has 52 applications that include:
- mixing, which includes beating
- freezing: allows you to choose a cycle that will be perfect for exactly what you want to cook. For ice cream, sorbet or smoothie. The mode that is selected for cooking also takes into account the characteristics of the mixture used (milk, fruit puree, yogurt, etc.).
- pasteurization; different temperatures (high, medium, low and special for chocolate). For example, when pasteurizing an ice cream mixture, the temperature will be high, that is, it will rise to +95°C and then decrease to +4°C, for other types of mixtures, pasteurization takes place at medium temperatures from + 85°C and decreases to +4°C, and at low temperatures it is first +65°C, and over time drops to +4°C
- paste freezing: takes place by raising the temperature to 95° and then freezing the mixture to the required consistency.
- programs with free settings: the functionality allows you to make your own modifications, which can apply to the heating temperature (up to about 105°C), the cooling temperature (down to about -9°C), the mixing device on/off during heating and cooling, and you can change modes for preparing mixtures, for example, egg custard, fruit jam, various sauces, etc. for preparation.
