The electric grill PSR900E has a 10mm thick enamelled steel plate, which is highly rated for grilling food and is widely used in traditional catering and food trucks.
After 7-8 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches an even temperature across the entire cooking surface thanks to the Incoloy heating element, which allows you to cook different products evenly.
These three coil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the enamelled steel plate. Each heating element under the enamel plate has a power of 3 kW, that is, a total of 9 kW. Thanks to the power of the heating elements, the PSR900EE ensures uniform cooking without heat loss at the edges.
On this professional grill surface, you can grill meat, fish, burgers, sausages, as well as cook vegetables, fried eggs, omelettes.
This enamel coating facilitates the use and cleaning of the device: it is possible to use metal paddles without changing the plate.
Thanks to the independent control of the two cooking zones, you can change and vary the cooking on the 900 mm wide plate.For example, it is possible to grill meat at 200°C on one side, stew vegetables at 160°C and keep the 3rd part of the plate warm at 100°C.
Juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer.
The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional grid plate, it is possible to cool the still hot cooking plate with cold water or a few ice cubes.
