  • The PSR400EE electric grill has a 10mm thick enamelled steel plate that is highly rated for grilling food, widely used in traditional catering and food trucks.
  • After 7-8 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches an even temperature across the entire cooking surface thanks to the Incoloy heating element, ensuring even cooking of products without heat loss at the edges.
  • On this professional grill surface, you can grill meat, fish, burgers, sausages, as well as cook vegetables, fried eggs, omelettes.
  • Enamel coating makes it very easy to use and clean: it is possible to use metal blades without changing the plate.
  • Juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer.
  • The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
  • After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional grid plate, it is possible to cool the still hot cooking plate with cold water or a few ice cubes.
