SMARTMIX RHS/RHB is a combined multi-purpose machine consisting of 2 divided and independent tanks.

The algorithm developed for the control of the mixer's torque - in Newtons per meter - allows you to obtain gelato and sorbets of different structures and to control the operation of the compressor. The upper tank is for thermal / pasteurization, the lower tank is a horizontal freezer.

Allows production of up to 10 liters of ice cream in one work cycle and 60 liters/hour.

Each tank is equipped with a compressor and an inverter. Both tanks can operate at the same time. While you are pasteurizing or heating in the upper tank, you can prepare gelato / ice cream or sorbets in the lower one. Transfer of the mixture from the upper tank to the lower one is possible thanks to the external channel. In this way, it is possible to fill the upper tank with the amount of mixture to be filled in the lower one, stabilizing each recipe one by one (to make a gel using thermal shock); or fill the top tank with 15 liters of mixture that will be pasteurized and matured (to make jelly/ice cream using traditional cycles).


Upper Tank

  • Direct drive (chain on upper RHS / RHB models) with gearboxes lubricated for life to reduce vibration and wobble and avoid slipping, adjusting and belt replacement.
  • Inverter with acceleration ramp for the mixer to protect the transmission from any mechanical load.
  • Available with air, water, mixed, remote and tropical cooling systems.
  • Transparent cover that allows you to control the transformation of the mixture during the entire work stage.
  • Double lid for placing ingredients, mixer on the go.
  • The faucet is flush with the bottom of the tank.
  • External removable transfer channel (not model RHT4 / 20).


The lower tank

RHS / RHB programs:

  • On-board computer with 61 programs: each program works easily and automatically, with preset parameters or manually.
  • 1 mixing program. For mixing, foaming, washing.
  • 40 free programs. For adjustment of recipes and heat treatment of mixtures up to 115 °C.
  • Pasteurization programs include heating to the desired temperature of 85°C (high pasteurization) or 65°C (low pasteurization), any pause times, and subsequent cooling to 4°C. At the end of the cycle, an acoustic signal will warn you that the process is over. Then the maturing/preservation phase begins, where the mixture is kept at a constant temperature of 4°C. It is also possible to select the operation of the mixer in continuous or variable mode. The cycle is fully automatic even in the event of a power outage.
  • All pasteurization and ripening cycles are saved.
  • 1 batch freezing/chilling program with time control. This allows you to choose the perfect cycle according to the time.
  • 5 batch freezing / cooling / preserving programs with temperature control. This allows you to choose the ideal temperature.
  • 7 batch freezing density control programs.
  • 7 circuit programs. Thanks to this important innovation, it is possible to combine up to 5 different programs.
  • The operator can dynamically change the cycles in progress by changing the speed of the mixer or the consistency of the finished product he wants to obtain. He can save the new parameters for future cycles.
  • Multilingual display 2.5 inches with visual, alphanumeric or graphic signals about the cycle in progress.
  • Variable mixer speed to process gel/ice cream with different textures (high performance mixer speed variator).
  • Temperature control with PID (proportional integral derivative).
  • Complete integration between inverter and electronics.
  • Acoustic and visual malfunction indicators.
