The PFD/27N induction cooker is designed for preparing first, second and third courses in stovetop dishes, as well as for frying semi-finished products from meat, fish, vegetables at home, in the country, in a snack bar, cafe and other catering and retail establishments.
The operation of induction cookers is based on the principle of induction: the energy of an electromagnetic field is used. Under the glass surface of the plate there is a copper coil through which high-frequency electric current flows. The magnetic field of this current, penetrating the bottom of the dish, induces electric currents in it. Eddy electric currents spinning in the bottom of the pan heat the bottom, and with it, the food.
The bottom of the pan is heated directly, rather than the surface of the stove, so heating occurs faster and saves time for cooking. For induction cookers, special cookware is used, the bottom of which has a layer of ferromagnetic metal. When removing the dishes, the stove turns off. This allows you to save cooking time, energy, reduces the cost of air conditioning the room; after cooking, the stove remains cold, thereby not burning your hands.
