Thermic trolley with AISI 304 stainless steel structure. Well with double insulated walls, 21 cm. depth, equipped with drain cock, can be used both as dry or bain marie heaters thanks to electric heating elements placed underneath the well, temperature controlled by mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) with indicator light. 4 Non-marking bumpers and two castors with brake included. Lids can be overturned up to 180°, lower doors can be opened up to 270°, lower cupboard can be heated on request (opt. R). GN pans on request.
